Kashmir is truly heaven on Earth. Bilal of Trogon Holidays proved this to us with his exceptional arrangements and attention to every detail. Luxurious hotel with delicious meals featuring a different menu each day. Friendly and caring hotel staff, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Carefully planned tours. Mehraj, our knowledgeable tour guide, explained the rich heritage and facts about every place we visited. Talib, our safe driver, made our journey fun and eventful. Mehraj and Talib were by our side at all times, whether dashing through the snow, enjoying gondola rides, shopping and bargaining, or cautioning us on dos and don'ts. They were always early, waiting for us and patient throughout the day, never rushing us for anything. Bilal stopped by every day to ensure we were well taken care of. We experienced Little Switzerland and Little Venice in one place—really awesome and unforgettable experiences. This trip was to commemorate our 40th wedding anniversary, and we certainly take back a lifetime of amazing memories. We hope to revisit Kashmir, as there is so much more to see, but only with Trogon Holidays. Full of warmth, professionalism, expert knowledge, personal touch, and excellent communication. May they grow from strength to strength.

We recently returned from an unforgettable holiday in Kashmir and our heartfelt thanks goes out to Trogon Holidays, Bilal and his team for making it truly exceptional. From the beginning everything was perfectly planned and executed with professionalism and care. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, meals were delicious. Tour guides were exemplary, knowledgeable and patient. Mirage our guide, did not just show us sites but he educated us about Kashmir's rich history and culture, giving us a deeper understanding and appreciation of this paradise. What touched us the most was the genuine care and compassion shown by Bilal and his staff. When myself and my team fell ill, Bilal personally checked on us, brought us medication, and even came to the hotel to make sure we were.okay. This kindness meant more to us than words can express. I would rate them 5 out of 5 without hesitation and will highly recommended their services to anyone wishing to experience Kashmir. We returned home with beautiful memories and grateful hearts.

Kashmir in autumn was absolutely magical! The fall colors were stunning and the weather was perfect for sightseeing. The houseboat experience on Dal Lake was unique and memorable. The Wazwan feast was delicious and authentic. The entire trip was well-organized and the team was always available for any queries. This was our second trip with them and it was even better than the first!

What a lovely experience! Kashmir in March was a beautiful mix of winter and spring; from skiing in Gulmarg to riding the shikara on Dal Lake, and basking in the warm sun at the marvelous Tulip Garden—it was truly an experience of a lifetime. Bilal, our tour operator and guide, curated a wonderful trip for us, including a beautiful surprise Eid lunch from Kashmir. He was lively and fun, truly a memory maker—both in the places he took us and in the photos he captured for us. He was flexible with our schedule and plans, taking us shopping for hours, and allowing us to change plans at the last minute without any fuss. Thank you, Bilal! We will be back. Kenya is not too far!

Trogon has done a great job. Our group of 12 included elderly people as well as differently abled members. Each one was taken care of according to their needs. The cable car experience was wonderful for them. The stay was good and the food was really appreciable. Transportation, other arrangements, and time management were also handled very well. We had an expert driver and a satisfactory vehicle in good condition. Bilaal, our operator cum guide, was exemplary. Special thanks to Bilaal. It would be highly desirable to have a sound system and music system in the vehicle.

Our dream trip is finally complete! What an exciting experience! This was our first time visiting Kashmir with friends, and we were treated to a wonderful, memorable trip by Bilal Bhayya and his team, who were very friendly and helpful throughout. Bilal, with his cheerful and humorous nature and his expertise in local situations, really made us feel at home. I realized that what we often see in the media isn’t the real Kashmir. The place is blessed not only with incredible natural beauty but also with beautiful, kind-hearted people. Kashmiris are so friendly and kind. Although you see the military presence everywhere, we never felt unsafe here, despite what you usually hear. Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg are must-visit destinations, filled with snowy mountains, serene pine forests, meadows, and glaciers. The trip schedule could have been improved if we spent less time traveling—traffic jams are unpredictable on the routes. We enjoyed the food everywhere, especially the kesar tea. The shikara ride on Dal lake, the cable car over the mountains, and the mesmerizing view of Sonmarg were all highlights. We missed out on Zero Point because of time constraints. I suggest staying at least one night near Sonmarg instead of all nights in Srinagar, for a more relaxed experience. For shopping, Bilal Bhayya gave us great advice on where to find good quality Kashmiri products and fair pricing, so we wouldn’t get cheated. Be cautious with extra services like photos, rented shoes, etc., as prices can sometimes be unreasonable. Pack adequately warm clothes to handle the cold. We wish to revisit Kashmir during a season when the valleys are colorful with gorgeous trees and when everything is covered in snow. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of traveling to Sikkim with the help of Trogon Holidays, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. This was an amazing, memorable, and enjoyable trip! The place is heavenly and beautiful, with each location having its own unique charm. The media does not do the people of Kashmir justice—everyone was very kind and helpful. A family member who was sick was cared for very well. As for the management of the trip, it could have been better; a lot of time was spent travelling, though some of it was inevitable. No trip can be 100% perfect, and that’s what makes a trip unforgettable. The food everywhere was excellent. My experience on the houseboat was out of this world. Although the variety of dishes was limited, the taste was great. The snow was my favourite part. I wish we could have spent more time in the various places we visited, as our schedule was a bit tight. Overall, I really had fun and never once felt unsafe.

The Gurez Valley tour was an adventure! The remote location and untouched natural beauty were incredible. The journey itself was scenic with winding mountain roads. The accommodation was basic but comfortable. The guide was experienced and made us feel safe throughout. It's a must-visit for those who love offbeat destinations. Great experience overall!

Yusmarg was a hidden gem! The pristine meadows and peaceful atmosphere were exactly what we needed. The picnic spots were perfect and the natural beauty was breathtaking. The travel agency arranged everything perfectly and the local guide was wonderful. It was a refreshing break from city life. Kashmir never fails to amaze!

Trogon Holidays is distinctly different from other tourist operators. Mr.Bilal, the level head of the company undertakes various tours. He explains the tourists with historical importance connected to Kashmir and its inhabitants during my recent trip over there. His personalised and qualitative service is undoubtedly unmatchable with any other tourist guide as I compared to the Western trip. His command over the English language is commendable though he is a dialect in many other languages. He will never disappoint once a tourist meet him.

Our trip through the enchanting valleys of Kashmir, arranged by Trogon Tours with our energetic guide Bilal, was an incredible and memorable experience. Bilal's lively personality and the warmth shown by the Kashmiri locals truly made the journey special, bringing every moment to life. One particular highlight was the Force Traveller vehicle provided by Trogon Tours. It comfortably fit our group of 15 with plenty of luggage space, making it the best travel vehicle we have used in India. The large windows gave us incredible views of Kashmir's landscapes—each drive felt like a scenic adventure. Bilal went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time, from organizing a great dinner to keeping us entertained with his stories. The hospitality of the Kashmiri people made our visit even better—their friendliness and eagerness to share their culture left lasting memories. Of course, no trip is without small challenges. We started with a minor misunderstanding regarding our Aru Valley itinerary, but Bilal quickly clarified everything and handled it professionally. There was also an issue with local horse owners trying to overcharge for rides. After some negotiation, we agreed on a fair price. For future travelers, I recommend asking Bilal to include horse rides in your tour package to avoid such hassles. All in all, our tour with Bilal and Trogon Tours was a wonderful exploration of Kashmir's beauty and culture, with only minor bumps along the way. I fully recommend their services for anyone wanting an authentic Kashmir experience. Consider having all extra costs included in your package—it will make your adventure seamless and unforgettable.
